My Story

After nearly three decades in traditional healthcare, I witnessed firsthand how the conventional approach can sometimes fall short. Then, while working in a lifestyle medicine program, I saw what seemed impossible become a reality — people reducing medications, improving sugar levels, reversing chronic conditions, and taking charge of their health through simple, sustainable changes.
This experience transformed my approach to healthcare. I realized that true healing happens when we address the root causes of chronic disease through plant-forward nutrition, stress management, and simple lifestyle changes. Instead of just managing symptoms, we could empower people to make lasting changes that fit their lives.
